Abstract

This study focuses on understanding the advantages of knowledge management in organizations. It relates and links various research studies to describe how knowledge is created, shared and used in companies. The review shows that knowledge management helps to improve decision-making, innovation and overall performance of an organisation. It also highlights that both technology and employee involvement are important for effective knowledge management. The organizations that manage knowledge properly can perform better and stay competitive. The study also identifies some gaps in existing research and suggests areas for future improvement.
