Aims and scope

The Journal aims to be the leading platform for a thoughtful and scholarly engagement for a broad range of multifaceted issues at the intersection of law, public policy, and social change worldwide.
The Journal publishes articles from all the diverse areas involving contemporarily, socially, and politically relevant legal issues ranging from business law, civil rights and civil liberties, environmental law and human rights, international law, law and gender, law and public policy, law and technology, sports and entertainment law. Towards this end, DMEJL encourages critical reflections based on empirical observations and experience as well as theoretical and multi-disciplinary approaches.
