Author Guideline

Manuscript Submission:

Authors are required to submit the manuscripts for publication in DMEJL, online via registering in this website or by clicking at https://www.dmejournals.com/index.php/DMEJL/user/register.

Statement:

DMEJL is a legal journal to publish studies that discuss about the legal issues surrounding contemporary legal knowledge or legal issues.

DMEJL seeks articles that address contemporary issues that revolve around business law, civil rights and civil liberties, environmental law and human rights, international law, law and gender, law and public policy, law of emerging technology, sports and entertainment law, media law, intellectual property rights, alternate dispute resolution, Indian constitutional law and Indian criminal law.

Evaluation of Manuscripts:

Manuscripts will be considered for appropriateness to DMEJL Law by the Editor-in-Chief/Chief Editor with assistance from the Executive Editors. Inappropriate manuscripts will be declined outright. The manuscripts are evaluated by the reviewers and Executive Editors, who submit their recommendations to the Editorial Board to either accept or reject, on certain conditions. The Executive Editors can even return the manuscript to the authors for revision. A request for revision does not guarantee the article will be accepted for publication.

Duplicate Publication Prohibited:

Papers are considered for publication in DMEJL on condition that they are not under consideration by another publication and no part of the manuscript has been published elsewhere (including in another language or as part of a book). Simultaneous submission to another journal is cause for immediate withdrawal of the manuscript from the review process.

Fees:

DMEJL does not charge any submission or publication fee.

Notice of Acceptance:

Upon acceptance of the paper, respective author(s) shall be duly notified and subsequently apprised about the further process.
